Who wouldn't love hurting ours necks as we walk past the windows of Kate Spade, Crate and Barrel, and Restoration Hardware? It was like dangling a carrot in front of a rabbit! Do rabbits really like carrots?
Once our friends got a hold of our latest workout routine, it was all over. Now, we have adopted the nicknames, Grandma.
Tell me, how do I murder my friends, the different ways you exercise to beat the winter blahs?

You're making me homesick! It's a little known fact that my HS marching band played at the opening of the south side :)
O wow!! That is so cool! You know, before I moved to RO, I lived in Livonia. I never went to Somerset. Now we are addicted!
grandma!!?! ha ha ha.
I've been skiing and taking yoga (only $5/class through community ed). And I'm totally tempted to get out the PS2 and play DDR... just have to figure out which box it's in - our basement is a disaster.
Haha - love it! I'm horrible and pretty much stop exercising in the winter (except walking - I hate driving so I try to walk everywhere that I can; I probably use my car once a week). I love yoga in the wintertime though, when I'm motivated to go!
I am a walker too.
But sounds like you are a bit more motivated then I am
The closest mall to me is the King of Prussia mall (which just happens to be the biggest mall on the East Coast).
I like to power walk through the halls and look at all the things I could never afford. I've also found it's great to go right when the mall opens because there are less people there.
So yes, I'll fit right in with your geriatric mall-walkers club.
too funny -- we were just talking about mall walking the other day! love it!
you name it, i do it, in terms of winter workouts. seriously, i do a HUGE range of things. today we biked (stationary) for a little bit, lifted weights for an hour or so, played basketball for a while and then walked over to a the farmer's market. whatever keeps you moving, right?

Um, I DON'T exercise in the winter! I pretty much turn into a couch potato, it's pathetic.
Mall-walking is a great idea! Could be dangerous, though. :)
